The Daelim Belefic three-phase pad-mounted transformer is designed for use in subway distribution systems. Their watertight high and low voltage safety compartments ensure safe operation and reduce the risk of accidents, making them ideal for use in residential applications, tourist sites, hotels and other buildings. Pad-mounted transformers are placed inside a cabinet with doors and locks, usually located outdoors.
These transformers come in two basic configurations: radial and loop feed, which are selected based on the type of circuit in which the transformers will be installed. The transformer uses aluminum or copper winding and is optimized to maximize efficiency and footprint.
The latest applicable standards (ANSI, DOE, IEEE, CSA and IEC) have been applied to all Daelim Belefic transformers.
Daelim Belefic transformers are specially developed and produced to meet customers’ exact specifications. Pad-mounted transformers are manufactured in power ratings from 75 to 5,000 kVA and typically have built-in fuses and circuit breakers. The primary power cables are connected with angled connectors, which can be actuated when energized by a hot pole and allow flexibility in repair and maintenance.
Our pad-mounted transformer is designed and tested in accordance with industry standards, including CSA, ANSI C.57, DOE and IEEE, as applicable.
