Wiring method of Dry-type Transformer

1. Short-circuit the “input” and “output” terminals of the Dry-type transformer to test the insulation resistance between the transformer and the ground wire with a megohmmeter. When measuring with a 1000V megohmmeter, the resistance is greater than 2M ohms.   

2. The cross-section wiring of the input and output power lines of the Dry-type transformer should meet the requirements of its current value, and it is appropriate to configure it according to the current density of 2-2.5A/min2.

3. The input and output three-phase power lines should be connected to phase A, phase B, and phase C respectively according to the color of the bus bar of the transformer terminal block, yellow, green, and red. The neutral neutral line should be connected to the neutral neutral line of the transformer, and the grounding line Check the input and output wires with the transformer shell (if the transformer has a chassis, connect it to the ground wire mark of the box) to confirm that it is correct.   

4. First power on without load, observe and test that the input and output voltage meets the requirements. At the same time, observe whether there are abnormal noises, sparks, peculiar smells, etc. inside the machine. If there are any abnormalities, please disconnect the input power immediately.  

5. After the no-load test is completed and normal, the load can be connected.

Low-voltage outlet mode of dry-type transformer

1. Low-voltage standard enclosed bus

If a closed busbar (also called plug-in busbar or dense busbar) is selected for engineering wiring, the corresponding dry-type transformer can provide standard closed busbar terminals to facilitate connection with external busbars.

For products with shell (IP20), a closed bus flange is provided on the top cover of the shell; for products without shell (IP00), only closed bus terminal blocks are provided.

2. Low voltage standard horizontal side outlet

When the dry-type transformer is placed side by side with the low-voltage power distribution panel, in order to facilitate the connection between its terminals, the transformer can provide low-voltage horizontal side outlets, which are generally matched with low-voltage panels such as GGD, GCK, and MNS. The transformer factory and the switch factory must sign an interface to cooperate. Minutes, confirm the detailed dimensions of the matching interface to ensure smooth on-site installation.

3. Low-voltage standard vertical row side outlet

Similar to the horizontal side outlet, when the domino panel and other bus bars are used for the vertical arrangement of the low-voltage power distribution panel, the transformer can provide the low-voltage vertical side outlet.
